  • At the check-in a € 50,00 per day preauthorization is requested, a cautional deposit that will be released at the departure.
  • It is forbidden to smoke inside the hotel.
  • In case of inobservance of this prohibition an amount of € 200,00 will be charged as per italian law (L. 11 novembre 1975 n. 584 art. 1 - D.P.C.M 14 dicembre 1995. Legge 16 gennaio 2003 n. 3 art. 51 - Accordo Stato-Regioni del 16 dicembre 2004).
  • In our hotel animals until 15kg are welcome, with a supplement of € 75.00 to guarantee the complete cleaning of the room after the departure.
  • Animals are not allowed inside our bars and restaurants.

    • The rooftop pool is open from mid May to September. Click here to discover the special closure dates.
    • The pool is reserved to the Hotel guests.
    • You can find towels directly at the pool.
    • Guests can request a universal adapter at the front office.
    • The service is subjected to a caution of € 10,00 that will be refunded at the adapter's re-delivery.
    • The amount of the city tax in high season is: € 5,00 for adults; € 2,50 for kids between 10 and 16 years; free for kids under 10 years.

    • At Skyline Rooftop Bar we don't operate a booking system, you can reach us directly at our 8th floor.
